A straw-yellow coloured white wine. The nose is assertive, laden with fragrances of fresh fruit and flowers. On the palate it is long-lasting, lightly aromatic and rounded, with balanced acidity.

VineyardsLocated on the estates of Cortona di Fiumicello, where once Torre stream flowed, the terrains are principally make up of silt, sand and clay and they are rich in active limestone.
HarvestIn the first half of September.
VinificationAfter 24 hours of maceration with the skins at 5°C, fermentation follows in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
