Characterized by a good foam and a fine and constant perlage, this white wine presents a beautiful yellow with amber notes due to maturation on the yeasts. On the nose it is fruity, with a fine, intense aroma and notes of bread crust. In the mouth it is vivid, full, persistent, leaving a final note of almond.
