We are proud to announce that we are the first in our Region to obtain the prestigious Equalitas Certification: a recognition which confirms once again our dedication towards 360° sustainability.
“The primary objective of Equalitas is to share throughout Italy a single approach towards the sustainability of the winemaking sector – based on the three pillars of economic, social and environmental development – and towards the dissemination of a collective guarantee mark for the consumer.”
This important goal represents a significant milestone for us as the result of a constant work to integrate sustainability into every phase of our business: from the vineyard to every single bottle. Equalitas is not only a certification, but also a concrete commitment which guarantees our customers that the wines are produced with a full respect for the environment, the local communities and their economic resources, while enhancing our territory.
We also adhere to SQNPI System (the National Quality System for Integrated Production), that allows us to manage our cultivation practices responsibly, minimising environmental impact and ensuring food safety. Thanks to these standards we are committed to offering authentic high-quality wines as an expression of a place that is awash with history and passion.
Shortly, our winery will be powered by a state-of-the-art photovoltaic plant, which will enable us to move further towards energy self-sufficiency and reduce our carbon emissions.
We collaborate exclusively with suppliers who share our commitment towards sustainability, making sure that their products are certified in accordance with strict environmental standards.
We have also recently launched a project to introduce new beehives in our vineyards, encouraging biodiversity and supporting the local ecosystem through the production of our own honey.
