An explosion of complex aromatics with a long, well-balanced finish.
Bright straw-yellow, with highly complex and profound aromatic fragrances, it is laden with undertones of candied fruit and flowers, complemented by a gentle aroma of oak. The palate offers the same aromatics as the nose, enhanced by great fullness, harmony and duration.

VineyardsLocated on the estates of Cortona di Fiumicello, where once Torre stream flowed, the terrains are principally make up of silt, sand and clay and they are rich in active limestone.
HarvestTowards the end of September.
VinificationCareful selection in the vineyard with thinning, leaf removal and late manual harvesting. Cryomaceration, fermentation in 20 hectoliter oak barrels, long refinement first on the noble lees with bâtonnage and then in the bottle.
